Travel Insurance & pre-existing medical condition

I need to buy a annual European travel insurance for my parents, but my father has a heart problem and a implantable cardioverter-defibrillator.
My question is If a buy a regular insurance without telling about his condition and if anything happens during their travel, that has nothing to do with that condition is the cover active? For example a broken leg or urgent dental treatment or a plane crash (hopefully not) then is that insurance going to pay out? After all they don't even know about his condition.
I'm perfectly aware that no claim can be made related to his heart condition.
Thank you.

Basically Travel Insurers quote assuming the quote is for someone in perfect health, if this is not the case they ask you to ring them with the details and they will underwrite it eg work out if they want to charge more, exclude it or bigger excess..
NORMALLY if you do not declare it they exclude any claims as a direct result of the condition eg if they have high blood pressue they will not pay any claims resulting from heart attacks etc unless you have declared it and /or paid the extra.
If you are struggling finding a company (There are plenty that offer cover for heart patients) then try the Heart Association as they have links with sympathetic Insurers0
