I agree - I ordered 2 items at random (now cancelled), and even beyond the checkout it showed the full cost without the bogof. Have you tried telephoning them? It still offers bogof on sale items on the home page, so they should check this out. It was working for me only a few days ago. 01204 395764, or I found they were responsive to emails when I changed my mind over an item.0

For what it's worth, they seem to be back on track now with the bogof working - I've tested it - but some of the nicer things are gone.0
