I've just booked 2 nights at Wokefield Park, Reading for my birthday in June. £39 per night but I thought that was still a good deal?!

The spa is pretty pricey though - £60 for a 55 minute massage, or is that the going rate these days?

the £10 rooms were only available to book for the first 24hrs or until the number of £10 rooms (normally 1000) lasted now they're from £19....

Spikey, if you sign up to their email offers on their website, they send you an email when they put more promotional £10 & £19 rooms on, so hopefully you wont miss out.

By doing this, they also enter you into a prize draw to win a Playstation 3.

No, not every month - periodically. I think it depends on the availability they have as to whether they do it or not.

Maybe they may do it less over the summer period, as some of the venues maybe booked up for weddings at weekends.

rooms from £10 again, says 24hrs to book. dates from 1-30 june :j

    Terms & Conditions:
This offer does not include breakfast....................
We've just come back from De Vere's Gorse Hill at Woking. We paid £10 per night for the room, had breakfast on two mornings (although they only seemed to charge us for 1!), dinner was 2 course for £15 or 3 for £19 and the wine was £5 off per bottle. Total for two nights was £115.50 for the two of us. Breakfast was £7.95 each and you could have as much as you like - bargain.

Beautiful setting, pity about the rain but it was well worth it. Food was amazing and worth more than they were charging. Free tea and coffee in the main lounge all day, would highly recommend it.
  • Stayed at the cheshunt one over Easter.Room was really nice, saw some small deer in the grounds, and rabbits and went to Hertford for a mealwould recommend Hertford which is an old market town, rather than Cheshunt for eating.

Free coffee and, teamaking facilities in room.Park at Cheshunt station,NCP about £10 weekdays,£1 sundays. Day off- peak return travel card into London Liverpool street , complete with the 2 for 1 offer with national rail days out ie boat trips, madam tussauds,£11 each, about 45 minutes to camden markets, then did a quick tourist trail on the Northern line got off at Victoria embankment .
