Where is the best place we sell our spanish property in England?

I sold an apartment in Lanzarote privately using the local English language site https://www.lanzaroteproperty.com which allows free private ads. If there is a similar site for the area where your property is located it may be worth a try.
The clasic one for selling overseas property in the UK is https://www.daltonsproperty.co.uk though I can't say how good it is or how much it will cost you cos I didn't need to use it.
Well over half the enquires and viewings - and our subsequent purchaser - were from Ireland. There is a big Irish presence in Lanzarote which has grown very quickly over the past few years. If it's the same where you are it may be worthwhile trying some online ads in Ireland. I did some Googling and found a few free sites but the vast majority of enquires came from the Lanzarote one.
