should i move suppliers

iv never changed supplier of my gas or electric before, and since reading posts on this board have realised that im probly gettin ripped off, so would like to change, but hopefully were going to be moving house soon, though not for a few months, is it too much hassle to change? does anyone know if you sign up to a minimum contract or anything?

Yes definately.

You are very posssibly losing a lot of money. However if you are going to move house soon (How soon) then it may not be worth the hastle as getting the suplly changed (Which is not a hastle) takes about 8 weeks in my experience. Not sure about minimum contracts as I have actually changed every year for the last three to different suppliers. If you are going ahead a good place to start looking is this site on the main page
