Medion ppc250 - Will Med.Navigator V5.1 work with it?

My work colleague has loaned me his MNv.5.1 cd's.
Is it possible to get this software working on my ppc250, which only has the humble V3.01. I, of course, will be testing it out and should it work, then I will of course buy the product *-) (I am not a naughty gurl...well most of the time...lol)
When i tried to install the cab file, it tells me installation unsuccessful, run it again.. I do but guess what, same message...
Has anyone else managed to get the software accompanying the MD96800 to work with their ppc250...?
