I was nearly caught out today so thought I would warn others incase there is a bug with o2's system.
I topped up yesterday with £10 via debit card, and was expecting 100 free minutes, however when I checked via '4444' option 2,2,2,2 it said today I only have 82 Minutes?
Phoned o2 and they said it just hadnt gone on and they would fix it - which they did all be it minus one minute, but I never got any GPRS allowance and I couldn't be bothered phoning them again.
If I had of just been using away at the phone I would never have known or been able to tell how may free minutes they gave me - would you?
Check next time you topup and report back if your done

Twice in recent months I found that O2 only credited about half the free 300 texts option on the online payg. This months top up was 300 though. They always say it is a system problem but they don't seem to stop it happening again.0

It has happened to me a few times. I always email them and they sort it out.0
