i urgently need to check out my credit history etc .

been looking at martins article on checkmyfile.com

have looked at their website and get the general drift.

doesn't say anything about ...

how quickly do you get the info ?
does it come by post or email ?
how do they check out your identity to ensure you're asking and getting only your information and not about anyone else ??

My guess would be they write out to you, you call them back quoting some security info in their letter, and then you can view the 'information' online.

I'm not familiar with checkmyfile.com, but on reading the T&C's there appear to be an awful lot of, shall we say, 'disclaimers'. Indeed, they openly admit that you get more comprehensive information when sending for your £2 statutory reports - which is what I'd do.

this morning i emailed both quidco and topcashback commenting that whilst they both had a cashback for callexpert.co which is experian ....

that they had nothing for checkmyfile.co but bighair and funds4me do have.

Both responded within an hour to say they had immediately sorted at 20% cashback !!!!!!
