What angle do I need to cut the cornice and pelmet at for a corner cupboard? I dont have anything to hand to measure angles and I cant figure out what the angle should be.
I dont mean an 'L' shaped corner...I mean the corner cupboard that goes diagonally across the corner iyswim.
Should it be 22.5 degrees?

if you have or can get hold of a digital angle finder then its easy to measure, the corner cupboards are 45deg so yes it will be 22.5 at either end, when i cut mine i actually returned the cut back 15deg at the rear of the pelmet as this allows a tight fit incase the cupboard is not entirely true...good luck0

Thanks kev. Dont have a digital angle finder unfortunately but I do have a lovely new (flipping expensive) blade for my mitre saw and it's cutting so cleanly you'd think I'd done it with a laser. Happy days.
Simple things and all that.Herman - MP for all!0
