Student Credit Cards

Does anyone have any idea what the best credit card would be for a student. The credit card would be used very lightly with a maximum of £100 spent on it each month. Perhaps i could have it limited to that or something..

    If it is your first credit card, the best is to start with the bank you have a current account with. Later, when you have some credit history you can try applying for some cashback card: see link Cashback in the blue box above.

    When I was a student, I applied for the card from my bank that I have a current account with. Then 6 months later applied for an Egg card.
