Getting the wrong phone back is a common one, I have heard of children getting back phones with rather dodgy photos on them form someone else, lovely thought isn't it.Sense is not common.0

Didn't think of that! I've got the paperwork and the box with the IMEI number on it so I'll make a note of it before I go to collect the phone...thanks
