The fiercest fight in fashion gets underway as twenty wannabe catwalk starlets face off for the fabulous fifth series of Britain’s Next Top Model. Boasting its biggest and most beautiful line-up to date, the style spectacular is fronted by series stalwart, Lisa Snowdon. With more girls than ever before, runway rivalry will be declared from the moment the glamorous group come face-to-face. To celebrate the return of this show, we've got a fabulous competition.

We're giving you and a friend a chance to get in front of the camera and have your very own photo shoot. That’s right the full model treatment, hair, make-up, the works. Plus some of this year’s contestants will be on hand to help you strike that perfect pose.

We'll also be putting you up in the a four star hotel and treating you to a slap up meal at one of Gordon Ramsay's restaurants.

1. The Britain’s Next Top Model Fashion Photo Experience competition (“Competition”) is open from 6th April 2009 until midnight on 31th May 2009 (“Competition Period”) and operated by Virgin Media Television Limited, 160 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5QA (“Promoter”) and hosted via the website found at www.livingtv.co.uk

2. The Competition is open to all UK and Eire residents aged 18 years and over, excluding employees, agents (or families of such employees or agents) of Promoter or anyone else connected with the administration of the Competition (“Players”).

3. By entering the Competition, all Players agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any Player who fails to abide by any of these Terms and Conditions, or fails to meet the entry criteria set out in paragraph 2 above, may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Promoter.

4. To enter the Competition go to the website found at www.livingtv.co.uk/competitions/bntm5.php click on the Competition and enter your personal details (ie. full name, address, email address, mobile telephone number and gender) on the online form. Only one entry per Player will be accepted. Players must correctly answer the following question: ‘Who is the new judge on this year’s Britain Next Top Model?’

5. 1 (one) winning entry shall be drawn at random from all eligible entries validly submitted (“Winner”) and 3 (three) runners up shall be drawn at random from all remaining eligible entries validly submitted (“Runners Up”). The decision by Promoter as to the determination of the Winner and Runners Up shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, damaged, incomprehensible or indecipherable entries and all such entries shall be disqualified. If the entry procedure to the Competition is found to have been tampered with in any way, including submission of ‘spam’ entries, Promoter may withdraw the Competition at their discretion. All entries must be received by midnight on 11th May 2009 (“Closing Date”). No entries will be accepted after the Closing Date.

7. The Prize:

The Winner will receive the following: - 1 (one) night accommodation (including breakfast) for the Winner plus 1 (one) guest (“Guest”) in a twin or double room in a 4* hotel in central London (hotel name and address to be supplied to the Winner following the Closing Date);

- Transfer by executive car to a London studio where the Winner and Guest will receive drinks and canap!s whilst having their hair and make-up professionally styled and applied;

- A Photoshoot (featuring Winner and Guest) with some of the models from the current series of Britain’s Next Top Model with photographs taken by a professional photographer;

- Return transfer by executive car from the studio to the hotel;

- £200.00 (two hundred pounds) of Gordon Ramsay dining vouchers.

The Runners Up will each receive a GHD Radiance set.

Proof of age will be required before the Prize can be given. The Prize includes nothing other than that expressly stated to be included as part of the Prize. Transport to and from London is not included within the Prize and the Winner and Guest will need to make their own travel arrangements. Players should be aware that the Prize may be subject to terms and conditions of third parties for which Promoter is not responsible or liable and by entering the Competition all Players are therefore deemed to have accepted and be bound by those terms and conditions. 8. The name and county of the Winner and Runners Up may be announced on the website found at www.livingtv.co.uk shortly after the Closing Date. The Winner and Runners Up will be notified via email or telephone within 10 (ten) days following the Closing Date. In the event that the Winner or Runners up fail to confirm acceptance of the Prize within 14 (fourteen) working days of receiving such notification, then Promoter reserves the right to substitute them with another Player of their choice. The Prize for the Winner is redeemable by 31st August 2009 (excluding bank holidays).

9. The Prize is non-transferable, subject to availability and there is no cash alternative. Promoter may substitute an alternative of the same or comparable value if it, in its sole discretion, deems necessary.

10. The Winner and Runners Up agree to participate in such reasonable publicity as may be requested by Promoter. The Winner and Runners Up agree to the publication of their respective name and county as referred to in paragraph 8 above.

11. By entering the Competition all Players consent to the use of their personal details by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of the Competition and any other purposes to which the Player may consent on entry to such Competition.

12. As far as permitted by law (but not including liability personal injury or death arising from its negligence) Promoter excludes all liability in connection with the Competition or the Prize awarded or not awarded in connection with the Competition.

13. Promoter reserves the right to modify or vary the Competition and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time.

14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising.
