apoloigies for causing any confusion I telephoned on friday and they put the order in with the bag code manually before it was up and running on the website - so I hope I will get the bag am sending the mags to my mum's, as I ordered eve with the eye cream for myself the day before.

If they run out of the gifts, I will be fed up though as this always happens with me and I get nothing ("the offer was limited to the first 1,000 subcribers, madam..") or a totally unusable replacement that I don't want ...
