I have recently subscribed to numerous magazines and have lost the information i kept about free gifts. i have just received two detox books which are certainly not what i would have subscribed to a magazine for. has anyone else received these? i am not happy with the books and certainly will not be using them. in fact i am so annoyed i would like to cancel the subscription and send the books back but there was no covering letter/information with the books. can anyone help??

I did, mid February, just before the magazine arrived. Subscribed around the 8th February I think?
Also received an email yesterday stating that the Decleor free gift had run out (already received!) and do I want to cancel the magazine!?(I didnt because the gift was worth the subscription and the magazine is not bad).

I think its Zest from what Ive read here. The offer was for a Radox set. People started receiving books as substitues. However I received a Radox set the other day and dont remember subscribing to Zest for this offer.

Tracey, the books were from Zest, should have been either a radox bath set or the books plus a gym bag, hardly anyone got the bath set and those that got the books didn't get the bag. On the envelope, it should have a subscription number, I mailed zest (sorry, have checked and I no longer have the addy but it's on this thread somewhere) and said I didn't want the books so I returned them, phoned the bank and they found when the sub. should have gone out and canx it for me.. hth. julie

MMMM... haven't had mine yet either.... bit concerned that it's not going to come, although no one has rung me up to tell me otherwise. My first issue isn't due yet, I start on the May issue. Won't be too chuffed if it's run out.

We moved house a year ago and received a card the other day addressed to the previous owner which was offering a subscription to the Daily Telepgraph paper. The price was £1.50 per week which is a bargain. They apparently send through vouchers which you use to pay for the paper each day. My husband reads the Telegraph every day so was very interested in this offer. He rang up the phone number on the card but the lady on the other end said that the offer was non transferable and the best offer that she could give him was £4.50 per week. Does anyone else know about this and how he could obtain the offer at £1.50 per week
