Got my tapestry Wallis bag from Eve sub yesterday, had pretty much given up on it! It had been rewrapped by the PO as original packaging had fallen apart! Nice bag though, was originally going to put it in pressie box, but don't think that I want to now!

  • Woohoo!! I just got sent a second bottle of Skin Bliss Sleeping Serum (re: Red magazine subscription) and I only took out 1 sub. It's worth £46 and I must say, after using it for a few days now it is pretty good stuff!:j

But unfortunately I also got in the post a letter from Quality Magazines saying they cannot supply me with the latest free gift from Zest (I think it may have been an Elemis product) as only one 'free gift with subscription' is allowed per person per year..... Has anyone else had this? Is there a way around it ie. take out a 'gift' subscription for someone else?

I've taken out gift subscrpitions to get around it a few times with various mags, Zest included, had them sent to either my mum at a different address or my daughter at my home address, had no problems either way receiving them.

    HTH :)

edited to add, i also used the same account details for DD with all subs with no problems

You need to cancel the direct debit as soon as they take the first payment. Doesn't really matter if it is before or after you receive the first copy but If you do it before payment is taken, they may come after you for the amount you owe.

Just write to let them know (or email) and mention that you want your subscription to end after the final copy is sent to you.
