paying by credit card is not such a good idea, with direct debits you can cancel, with credit cards it's much harder to cancel because if the company submit a charge then the card people are obliged to pay it.

advice please i've recieved the matrix set from the essentials sub today, the top of the shine spray was lose and as spilt out the bottle is less than half full now, do i just except this and be thankful for my free gift or contact them to ask for a replacement ? not even sure how to contact them if i did ?

This happened to me once, I sent them an e-mail and they sent me another set a couple of weeks later.

I've found the confirmation email sent to me and replied to that hopefully it will get to the right person, I've offered to pay the postage to return the half empty bottle if they will exchange it for me hopefully they haven't run out of stock

Same thing happened to me with an essentials sub. It was the tresemme set and the lid was lose on the protection spray. I sent them an email and they were very good and sent a whole new set as a replacement so it is still going strong and i havent bought hair stuff for ages ;)lol
