I got my Matrix shampoo, conditioner and shine spray delivered today from the essentials offer, so looks like it did go through ok even though there was no mention of it when signing up.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I went through quidco (£4.80 back) and subscribed to ideal home - 3 issues for £1=....I understand that if I cancel DD withing 2 weeks of receiving 3rd issue I pay no more ??
Can I cancel the DD before that (hate leaving thigs to last minute!!)
:heartsmil :heartsmil
I cancelled after receiving the first issue, and so they said they would just send 3 for £1. If you leave it much later the second direct debit will already have been taken. I received letters in the post stating the DD dates for Radio Times, Family circle and Marie Claire. They all stated that I could cancel at any time.0 -
Yay! :j
I FINALLY got a reply re the Zest freebie substitute (books instead of Radox bath set). I did have to email for a third time telling them their customer service is appalling and that I was thinking of cancelling! I received the following:
Thank you for your recent email.
Your bath set gift is currently enroute, I would however advise you to
allow up to 28 days for receipt.
Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
At last!! :iloveyou:
No mention of returning the books though, should I just keep quiet?:A OFFICIAL Boots Tart :A and member of the PAH! club :rotfl:

It was a Radox Bath Set that was offered with the subscription a while back. A few of us took up the offer but were sent 2 books instead. I don't think the offer is still available though:A OFFICIAL Boots Tart :A and member of the PAH! club :rotfl:

I'm looking for some Motoring magazine subscriptions in addition to the 'Test Drive' one posted by bennyong. Are there any currently offering "3 for a £1" with a free gift?0
