where to put irregular savings?

Hi,
I do some ebay trading, and I am looking to build up a savings account at a decent interest rate with the sales that I do until my CC 0% rate ends (November this year)
At this point I'll then pay a lump sum off it, or, if I manage to find an alternative 0% CC deal continue to build up the savings at a good interest rate.
As I don't sell on ebay too often, the money wouldn't be flowing into the account, so my question is, which is the best online account (that I can transfer my paypal into)
your advice appreciated
thanks

Most likely to do best with an ISA.
Failing that, some sort of regular saver.
Whichever way you go I would sweep the money from your current AC on a weekly basis. I would use internet banking bill payment type thing.0
