M & S Credit Card

I recently applied for a Marks and Spencer credit card on the internet. Around three weeks ago I got the agreement through the post and signed it and sent it straight back.
Ten days ago I got the pin number with an accompanying letter telling me I could start using my card "today". The problem is, ten days later, I still haven't received the card!
I rang the helpline phone number a couple of days ago and she told me the card would arrive in a day or two. But I'm not convinced and am starting to think it may have gone astray. Should I be concerned?

If it hasn't arrived by tomorrow, call them again and ask when they posted the card to you.0

I wouldn't wait until tomorrow. I would ring them straight away.0 -
I wouldnt worry much. It is their loss if someone hijacks it. Just make sure you make a note of who have been speaking to.
Also, if am not mistaken, the card needs to be activated and may be useless to the thief except of course they know ur personal details0 -
Thanks for the replies. I've just phoned and it turns out that the card was sent out two weeks ago!!. As it has obviously gone astray somewhere, the guy on the phone has cancelled the original card and will send out a new one.
Fingers crossed!0
