Help - need cord/cordless steam iron urgently

We have a cord/cordless steam iron (use of cord optional) which suits us very well as my husband uses it without steam/with cord and I use it without cord/with steam. It is also self cleaning.
Sadly it fell on the floor and broke the other day and to our great surprise, we have found it impossible to obtain a replacement. When we asked in Comet and Currys they looked at us like we were from the Planet Zog.
There is one (just one) on Amazon but it is inferior to ours and looks a bit flimsy. There are reviews on the web of a recommended model by Philips but I can't find any stockists.
Can anyone help?
