I really didnt want to go down this route but its came to the point that were just being fobed of with excuses, the trust is gone and im so afraid were never going to receive our wedding dvd.
We paid £1200 and got married in september.
Have emailed/rang loads of times insisting that we need to know when we shall receive it.At first I didnt want to be pushy incase it was rushed and didnt live up to the fantastic samples they have on their website.
What do we do im so worried and upset

What are the excuses?
We got married in September as well - and had the DVD round about November with excellent production.0 -
Hi,excuses range from him being unwell for couple months so was behind in work, waiting to receive dvd cases before he can send dvd.We were promised it in january then heard nothing until start of march and again was told it would be with us in several weeks.0

File in the small claims court for your money back. That, at least, will get his attention!0

I suspect it is not about getting the money back...
OP - you may need to force the issue somehow. Can he prove to you that he has the recording (e.g. sending stills, etc).0 -
Do feel free to name the company concerned"The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

Then ask for an order of specific performance compelling the company to complete its contract with you.
Getting the money back is a useless remedy and will then extinguish other rights.0 -
Thanks for all advice
After a rather stern email we have today received the highlights of our dvd.So I guess thats a relief that he actually has the recording.Must say it was fab and its making me more impatient to receive the full dvd.
Will keep you posted.0 -

Good - they've got something! Just keep the pressure on - firm but polite and I am sure you will get it shortly.0
