    hi All

    the usual today but also want to ask for some advice.

    daily clicks - 5p
    scratchie - 10p
    one poll
    checked banking
    and checked toluna fr short surveys

    Right i purchased my car ins yesterday got a really good quote a £180 difference on last year they wanted to charge me 24% apr to pay it monthly but cos my cred card is only 6.4% i paid it full on this then plan to pay it monthly with what i would normally pay my car insurance have i done the right thing

    thank for your opinions guys

    How much was the monthly payment they were hoping for?
    How much are you planning on paying per month now?

    I think just putting these numbers into the snowball calculator will show you how much interest you would have been charged overall.

    I agree with George, 24% is a hell of a lot of interest. I would say you have made the right decision, I'd better double check OH's that I did last week! I cant remember what the interest on monthly payments was! Although we're still paying £30 less a month than we were last year :)

    george they wanted 46 a month and a 100+ deposit. i will pay 50 on the cc a month more if poss cos thats what we budget for ins anyway and a deposit not sure of amount yet will have to do some more number crunching
