Lost policy - how do I claim?

I've got the payment details for my policy which is: MOTOR/HOUSEHOLD DIRECT WITNEY GB buut I can't find the policy having looked high and low.
Does anyone recognise these details or is there another way of finding out who I'm insured with. For example, is there a database I can search?
Any suggestions gratefully accepted.
