Fujitsu Siemens and UPS

Just a vent. Our 6 month old Fujitsu Siemens laptop developed a serious intermittent flickering problem. Anyway after lots of toing and froingthrough the helpline we had to send it to Germany for repair.
Anyway upshot is they apparently repaired it and then somwhere between their repair centre and UK it went missing. We have now been without our laptop for nearly a month.
We have just had an email to tell us to provide the receipt and they will replace it - in German! I am absolutely astounded at this shower. We have had to chase this every inch of the way and I have this dreadful feeling this is not the end of it!
