AccountUnity problems

I have been using AccountUnity for a year or two without any problems. A couple of days ago it required me to upgrade the ActiveX control and since then has not been connecting properly to all my accounts.
Is anyone else having this problem? More importantly, have you found a solution?
(BTW, no problem with Egg.com which is also powered by Ewise.)

I've just logged in without problems, try emailing support support@ewisesystems.com0

Thanks. I have emailed them and will let you know if and when I get a reply.
I use it to access 7 institutions: 2 work; 5 don't. Have tried one PC running Windows 2000, IE6, and using registry profile; and another running Windows XP and portable profile. Same problem with both setups. Very odd!0 -
Still no reply from Tech Support. I have now established that the problem lies with IE6. I have used portable profile to test on other PCs and it works with XP and IE7, but not IE6. I am using Windows 2000 on my own PC so can't use IE7.
If I click on the title of an institution to log in, it loads the login page OK, but when logging in has finished I just get "The page cannot be displayed".
The odd thing is that it works OK with Lloyds-TSB and with the Co-op Bank, but fails with Abbey, Alliance and Leicester, Egg, Sainsbury and Halifax. So what do those sites have in common that the other two don't?0 -
Try Firefox with the IE Tab add-on https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1419 . It doesn't work with basic Firefox but the IE Tab add-on it tricks it into thinking it is Internet Explorer, after installing IE Tab go to Tools/IE Tab Options and add https://www.ewise.com.au/ to Site Filter, that's all I did and I was able to access my accounts with AccountUnity. Full details of all the options are on above web site.
I use portable profile with AccountUnity.
When I tried Firefox without IE Tab it says it will only work with IE5 and later so IE6 should work.
With IE6 have you tried clearing Internet Temporary files either through Tools/Internet Options or download CCleaner from http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds.aspx and select Slim so you don't get Toolbar0 -
Many thanks.
I have done all that, ran Zappit as well as CCleaner, and also reinstalled certificates and experimented with security settings, all to no avail. However, I have had a reply from Support and they have made some changes to the system. It's working OK now.
