Instant Savings with outward Standing Order??

I'm looking to live off some savings for a year but it would obviously be nice to get at least a modest interest rate on the yet-to-be used capital. What I'm looking for is presumably an instant-access savings A/C into which I can pay a lump sum to cover 12 months of living expenses and that will allow me to set up an outward standing order to pay a monthly sum into my main current A/C. (I want the SO facility so that I don't forget one month to make the transfer in time and hence suffer current A/C penalties.) It would also be good to be able to view the A/C online.

I'm struggling to find a suitable A/C that doesn't pay a pitiful rate of interest (eg 0.1-0.5%). It would be good to get into the 2.5-3% band if possible. I can't believe that a suitable A/C doesn't exist somewhere. Any ideas please?
