    CBT for Dummies is fab, not exactly a self help book but it's what the psychologists often use and it's meant to be very effective.

    First of all ((((Hugs)))) my friend, I do worry so about you.

    Here is my RED COAT story, seeing as though 1 person asked to hear it:p.............

    OH, Kids and I were in London (just incase I failed to mention this)

    we were on our way to dinner and were walking down the street towards the Indian restaurant.........me wearing my RED COAT,

    Suddenly I heard a man shout "Stop the Bus"!

    I looked to the road and there was a minibus with at least 12 men in it pulled up beside me and the one in the passenger seat hung out of the window and started to sing THE LADY IN RED at me!

    They followed me down the street with him singing all the way until he got through a full verse and chorus:o

    Kids were laughing there heads off, my face was as red as my coat.:rotfl::rotfl:
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    That was a suggested book on my course, another one was Mind Over Mood - Change How you Feel by Changing the Way you Think.
