This will also ensure that your subscription will continue without interruption to the service at the end of the free trial period. Although we take credit card details, no payment will be taken until the free trial period is over. Of course you are free to cancel your subscription at any time. During your free trial you can cancel by writing to us at: Which?, Castlemead, Gascoyne Way, Hertford X, SG14 1LH, before your first payment is due. You can also cancel by emailing us at editor@which.co.uk or by calling our Customer Services team on 0845 307 4000 or 01992 822800. During your subscription you are also free to cancel. We require seven days' notice of cancellation and no refunds can be made of periods less than one month. It's mentioned on here but not in any of the info I got when I signed up for the free trial. I have mailed them to confirm that I will get my free cam too but I have also saved a copy of that page in case they decide to argue wit me
