I have an internet saver.

Withdrawals. I thought I saw somewhere that funds take 5 days to reach the linked account.
I made a withdrawal on Saturday ( showed immediately ) and the money arrived in the linked account today.
Is that normal? Would it still have arrived today if I had sent the request on Monday instead or do weekends count with YBS?

Deposit using debitcard. The date shows the deposit in YBS on the same day as the transaction but the current account transaction is dated the next day.
I can't get my head round this quite but get the feeling that this is better than sending funds via BACs ( 3 days) from the current account.

Regular saver. If I opened a YBS regular saver, can the monthly amounts be taken from the internet saver and if so can it be automated?

I've always found the YBS withdrawals take less than 5 working days. I guess they say 5 just to cover themselves.
As for debit card deposits, I find it usually at least a day before the transaction appears on my bank transactions, but the total available for withdrawal is usually (but not always) updated instantly.

I have the internet saver and regular saver. You can have the regular saver as a nominated account on the internet saver (takes one day to setup). Once done, you can do online transfers from the internet saver to the regular saver.

I did see an option to set up regular internal transfers but I haven't tried that out so can't say if it will work for you or not.

yes - you specify the day that applies each month and the amount. Can be changed as needed
