mint card payment system was down! ended up with late fee

ok,. i paid my monthly on time like i do,. but this time the payment system was down and it put me thru too a MINT c/s who said the payment has been MADE! ,.. so i said ok, so then this month a got a fee of 25£ too pay for late payment i told them what happened and all they did was take away 10£ form the late fee leaving me with 15£ and too top it off They knew when there systems where down !!

I think good letter of complaint sent by Recorded mail will do the job.
