Paying on web

Dont know if this is right place to post but just wondered how people paid via internet and how safe it is. When I go on bingo try to find site using ukash vouchers you get from paypoint shops but dare not use cards for fear of fraud. i recently won £15 in a competition and it says you have to open a click and buy account. I have tried but it doesnt seem to want to know unless i enter my bank details. There is an option for a voucher but i dont want to have to put anything in just to open an account when it says it is free to register. Has anyone got one of these accounts how safe are they and what can you use them on please any info most welcome. Im determined to get that £15 lmao:j

It sounds dodgy as hell to me

Youd have to be very foolish to risk your bank account details for the sake of 15 quid

What was the competition and how did you win?

  • it was on that triviala prize draw butyou get paid your winnings via click and buy and like i say i cant get the account going so will have to forfeit it by the looks of it typical win but never get it same happened with which bingo won a £10 funded account never got it this was in january . Same with car tax refund applied in January not received yet. Am I just very unlucky or what. Think im a ripoff waiting to happen.

    just looked ...nothing there...
  • dont think anyone understands full stop. I won £15. It was on Triviala. They must pay your winnings via your Click and Buy Account. I do not have one. I do not know how to open one. I click on new reigistraion. It shows counry. I put in UK. It shows direct debit or credit card or payzone click and buy online vouchers option. It says its free to register but it obviously is not because you cannot continue and put your address etc in until you either register a card or buy a payzone voucher and put that in. I do not want to put my bank details in so want to open it using payzone. This must not be possible unless you fund a fiver minimum. I was wondering if I did this then I could give Triviala my account number to put my winnings in. They wont be able to get anything out without the rest of my details like password will they besides there will be only a fiver in. Am I clearer now? Has anyone ever opened a click and buy account and how do you use it? Can you use it to fund say bingo sites and are there any fees?

Maybe I'm reading this wrong, but is it asking for credit card details and not your bank account details?

It is free to register but as you say you have to supply your card details. If you trust this site/company then fine, if you don't, don't do it.
If you do it via Payzone then you are investing a fiver to get fifteen back, so you're still ahead. Why don't you check with them to see if you can use Payzone to receive payments from?

Sounds like it just needs details to cut down on the opportunity for money laundering to me.

If its just asking for bank details that would be displayed on a cheque, i wouldnt worry about it, I think some people panic a bit to much over giving details out
ANURADHA KOIRALA ??? go on throw it in google.

at last managed to get a click and pay voucher for a fiver bought loads of diferent ukash and all kinds noone knew what a click and pay voucher was. Can only get them from payzone and i went to paypoint which i thought was same. I now have an account to which hopefully my £15 will go in then I can go wild on the net with £20. Wonder who takes click and pay and if its a carry on to process.
