Not sure where to post this so if its in the wrong place please move thanks.
BT have a pole on our land and we were told that because of this they should be paying an annual fee to us for use of our land. But does anyone know which department I should start with within BT, i have tried their customer service department but there were unsure where I shuold turn to.

Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
