You don't get an automatic right to have a CCJ marked as satisfied when you go BR. So I'm told anyway.
The judgement has been superseded by the BR order, but it hasn't been paid off.
You can ask the lender to agree to have it marked satisfied though. But they can refuse.
Even if you can't get it marked at satisfied, it will still be taken off your credit record six years from the jugement date. That will be before the bankruptcy comes off, so to be honest it still being there for those 6 years, satisfied or not, is not really a big deal. The bankruptcy effects your CRF more and for a bit longer.
In your case it is very odd that the lender thinks it has been paid.
Maybe best not to rock the boat, since that letter will let you get it marked satisfied which is bonus.

Hi Fermi
Thanks for the reply
It is shown as a satisfied judgement on my credit file already
Its just that the satisfaction date is August 2005
Everything else is now starting to fall off my credit file as the six years have elapsed
But this will not come off till august 2011
So i'm going to struggle for credit until then.
Is it six years from??
order date 1/1/04 or
Satisfaction date 11/8/05
Thanks0 -

6 years from when the judgement was first registered, so that will be 1/1/2010.
That surely must be before the bankruptcy is taken off 6 years from the order for that?
As said, by the time the bankruptcy itself comes off your files, the CCJ will already have gone.

oh no just got in letter from one of the creditors im trying to get a default date changed to satisfied
London Scottish Bank PLC (in administration) saying they cannot trace my account and saying they want a copy of the credit file entry
Well the credit file entry does not include account numbers
i know its not Egg or Lloyds TSB(cause Lloyds have already written back)
So its either HFO services ltd
or more likely i had a card with the Bank of Scotland called a capital card
