Help with court judgement Please

I have a CCJ on my credit file that is showing as satisfied over two years after my Bankruptcy date
I have written to the company and they have responded with the following
" i confirm full payment was received at these offices on 11/5/2005 therefore you may wish to contact Chelmsford County Court to obtain the appropriate notification regarding the registration of this Judgement Order.
Please note the court will be unable to act on your request unless you present this letter together with the required fee, which is currently £15.00"
What does this mean i'm lost
1) i never paid anything it was included in my Bankruptcy.
Who paid it? and why 2 years later?
2)does this mean it cannot be backdated to my bankruptcy date in 2003
If anyone can help i'm totally confused
Are there any Bankruptcy or Court Judgement experts on these boards Thanks

bumping again for you, not something that I really know much about am afraid. sorry.
however since this was a debt that was included in your bankruptcy, I believe that it should show satisfied as at the date of your bankruptcy therefore you should insist on it being corrected to the date of your BR. not sure how you would go about this, it may be that you have to approach the matter with the court.BSC #215/No.1 Jan 09 Club0 -
Hi Don79
Yes i did wonder if it was a bit out of the ordinary
I'm struggling with it though
i read all the info on here and it points to the date being no later than my bankruptcy date or worst case my discharge date but 3 years later seems a bit strong
I dont understand what they mean by full payment received who pays it the Official Receiver i never paid anything to anyone after my bankruptcy
Have phoned the court this morning they were as much help as the proverbial choclate teapot
Would help if i had an understanding of this and felt confident in quoting law or advice i had received
Oh well at tleast this puts it to the top of the queue again for a short while0 -
I hope someone comes along and can help you out a bit more, maybe you could try National Debtline and see if they have anyone who could help with it. Or even try calling your Official Receivers office and see if they can give you any help with it.

Thanks for that will give it a go
Update
Have just spoken to Official Receivers office it appears i did not include this debt on my Statement of Affairs
There were no assets so no one got paid so the letter is inaccurrate
but when you are discharges all debts you owe regardless of whether they were in the statement are nullified (not 100% sure about this as the gentleman i spoke to seemed unsure)
but they dont understand why they took so long to notify the court
basically theres not much i can do apart from leaving it on there so nearly two more years of struggling with credit.
i may be able to contact the company and complain why it took so long but i cannot see them being in any helpful to an ex creditor
The £15 is for a certificate of satisfaction but its already marked as satisified on my credit report so that would be a waste of £15 obtaining that
The credit agencies tell me to contact the creditor
The official receiver tells me to contact the credit agenciie
And the creditor tells me to contact the court
i'm gettting dizzy in this vicious circle0 -
Don79 its telling me his/her inbox is full and they need to delete some messages
