HELP - Wrongly accused of using a mobile phone whilst driving!

    Not a telling off but a sensible bit of advice for the following reason:

    A precedent has been set that if the police go thorugh your phone records and can show at some point you were driving and using the phone you could go to prison.

    When in the car turn the phone off and put it somewhere else. Holding it in your hand is too much of a temptation to use it whilst driving.

    A hands free kit is is small beer compared to the costs you are now incurring.
