Call 18866 problems

I've been having trouble with this service over the last few days. I get an engaged tone as soon as I dial the last digit of '18866', with no chance of inputting the rest of the number. This has been to a landline in Greece and a mobile in Spain. Has anyone else been experiencing the same problems please? I have emailed their customer service, in the past they have usually blamed my phone provider (Tiscali) but I think they are passing the buck.

Thanks, I've read that now, glad to see I'm not alone. I'm also in the Canterbury area and it's still not working as of 10pm on the 7th.0
