Record InBuilt Freeview channels

I'm sure this should be simple, but how do you record programs from (Toshiba 37WLT58) the in built freeview.

On the Panasonic plasmas the AV4 is output of the inbuilt Digi tuner. On most televisions AV1 is the output of whatever is on the screen so you'd cable whatever is the output of the TV to the input of the recording device (DVD/Video). Then set the recorder input to AV whatever you connected it to.They promised the earth...and delivered mud. Technically though it did meet the spec.0
