Could anyone tell me the best place to sell Gold Sovereign coins, as I have 5 X 1980 British Elizabeth II coins I would like to part with. I've had a quick look on E bay but is there somewhere better and can anyone give me a ball park figure what I could expect to achieve, Thanks.

@ jetski690,
Prices have dipped over the last few days.
You will only get about 140 apiece, hang on a while.
Which part of the world are you in?
Do you have to sell them, now is the time to hold.0 -
Ok Thanks guys for the nod, must admit I've just found them again, was looking to sell sometime ago but will hold on thanks again.0

Hi, I posted this thread back in April and was advised to hold on to my coins, so what's the state of the market now? I have been offered a ballpark figure of £145 each but think I could achieve £160+ on Ebay what do you experts think. Thanks0

jetski690,
If you don't need to sell, then hang on to them. Now is the time to be in gold, not out.
If pog goes towards 600GBP then you should consider buying some more.
Apart from post #2 keep these in your favourites.

Coin Invest Direct currently offer a buy price of £150.53 for Elizabeth II sovereigns.
You seem to be expect that Ebay members will buy them off you for more than they'd pay at a bullion dealer. You could be right - not everyone knows the most competitive place to buy.
Don't forget that Ebay fees can add up. Check out what you'd pay for listing, final bid value and paypal costs. It might 10%...0
