hi, ive tried to deal with lloyds myself and got as far as taking them to the mcol, to which they defended it and put a stay on it. I also have Portal claims dealing with all my banks and credit cards. so far they have claimed my ppi from my credit card. but as far as the banks go, ive had no luck what so ever.
Dont know what else to do myself as i have already wasted £80 trying to claim lloyds charges with mcol..
good luck0 -

Oh dear! Wish I had seen your post mevslloyds before I started doing the same to Lloyds! I've got as far as a 'thank you for your complaint' letter (albiet it wasn't a complaint I guess) and their automated identification system at 0845 3000000 phoning me and instantly cutting off :-s0

I've reached the stopper letter now with the whole malarky about 'the FO putting a still on all claims for charges etc'
Will probably follow this up with the 'I'll take you to court or else' letter now0 -

I had that as well from Andover office, call lasted 0.02 seconds.
My experience with Lloyds is you just get standard template letters what make no sense and you have to go to the financial ombudsman for any hardship claims. As for normal claims what are not hardship you got no chance till the courts make a decision - soon as they all come back from their holidays, had their breakfast, washed their cars etc, we are looking at about another year or so for it all i would guess.
Hope they go on holiday to Mexico at the minute
Owed out = lots. :cool:0 -

I'm not actually - I wouldn't know how to go about it/didn't know I could.Widelats wrote:My experience with Lloyds is you just get standard template letters what make no sense and you have to go to the financial ombudsman for any hardship claims. Yup more template letters since, not sure if its worth following them up in anyway. I have explained my circumstance in letters AND included a copy of a very accurate financial report of outs and ins etc.0 -
i recently tried the hardship road with lloyds, but all i got in response was a letter from their solicitors stating that my claim was still going to be on hold via my mcol claim with them. they then went on saying that someone would be in touch soon to help me deal with the monies owed.......
3 weeks on still waiting... useless

DId you deal with LloydsTSB hardship team or did you simply file a claim at court? Financial Hardship is dealt with through the bank itself even if you have a claim at court on hold.mevslloyds wrote: »i recently tried the hardship road with lloyds, but all i got in response was a letter from their solicitors stating that my claim was still going to be on hold via my mcol claim with them. they then went on saying that someone would be in touch soon to help me deal with the monies owed.......

i did the court claim months ago, and put the hardship claim through the bank. I think everyone seems to be having trouble with lloyds, they just wont budge. think i may give up as i dont know what else i can do.?natweststaffmember wrote: »DId you deal with LloydsTSB hardship team or did you simply file a claim at court?
