Barclays £100 incentive.

I am sure lots of us signed up for Barclays A/Cs following Martins tip, concerning the £100 incentive.I seem to remember it was to be paid after 2 months of funding the A/C with a minimum of £1000/month.
I have just transfered my second month £1000 and was wondering when the incentive will be paid.
Has anyone had this or been told when it is due?
Many Thanks

I've paid my 2nd £1000 in this week.
Did any one take the full Thousand out the first month? I left £1 in, just in case.
Just waiting for the pay out in 28 days now. :j

  • I've only left £250 in the account now just looking for the £100 after the 28 days. Great.

I recieved a statement this week and noticed that even though I paid in £1000 in Jan and again in Feb, they are on the same statement, three weeks apart.
Do you think Barclays will use this as a get out, should I put the thousand back in and out again, just to be sure?

Got my months wrong. Should be Feb/March.

It is not a different calendar month ie. Jan, Feb
It's a month from your account start date.
e.g. if you openened the account on 22nd Feb the
1st payment is between 22nd Feb and 22nd March
and 2nd payment is between 22nd March and 22nd April.

I think that statements come out on the account opening day, so this implies you have paid 2 lots in one "month".

If you have the money available then that would be sensible.
Can you provide us with dates?
    When was the account opened?
    First payment?
    Second Payment?

do you have to have had your salary paid in, or are you just transferring money from one account to another and not changing where your wages are paid in?
