Need to cancel a paypal transaction!

Bah! I need some help please!

A person wanted to buy a t-shirt from me off myspace, but i gave me her email address and not my paypal email for her to send the money over and i only realised when she emailed me to tell me and the funds weren't in my account.

I have two emails that are the same name but one ends in @aol.com and the other ends in @hotmail.com

the hotmail one is the one the money needs to be transfered to but ishe sent it to the aol one instead.

Anyways she want to cancel her transaction and then re send but i dont have a clue how to cancel one!

Please tell me how so i can explain to her

Try adding the aol address to your paypal account. This should allow you to claim the errant payment I think.

Thanks, it turns out that the aol one is my mothers New paypal account and i managed to sneekily get on. Thank god!

Thing is there was a slight language barrier and i dont want people to think im scamming them because i'm not i'm just as confused as she is about the whole bloody thing!
