Wanted - picture processing for none standard size prints

Hi

I want to develop an image that is 5047 pixels x 1224 pixels, I have some photo-stitching software and I have been using this to produce some panoramic images. I now want to have a couple of these printed.

Can anyone suggest where I can get this done as cheaply as possible. Also, does anyone know how to convert pixels to centimetres???

Thanks in advance

Hi Not sure on where to print this image.
If your document is 72dpi it would measure 70.1 x 17 cm.

Photoshop tells you an image size in either pixels/inches/cm

    Hope this helps.

    Hi

Just used PhotoShop to measure the dimensions of the image and it is

178cm x 43cm  (I think I might have to do some cropping)

    Hi

Really easy to use, here is the link to what I have been using...
    http://www.360dof.com/products/panorama-stitching-vr-equipment/360-panorama-professional/index.html

I originally bought it for a personal project I set myself, I wanted to create a website of walks and show the panorama as a 360 degree view from strategic points on that walk... I still would love to do it.

Just messing about I created this when I bought the software ages ago, the 360 view is uncropped and not actually a full 360 as the battery on the camera went  - the image is just a shot from my back garden...

I intend this year to get out there and build this website up into something useful.

I dont know anything about websites as far as creating them, but it's looking good to me.
The the 360 photo is a cool idea.
I do like to mess around with photoshop now and again though.
    Keep up the good work.

    Hi

I think if I can I want it at about 90cm x 22cm - I think that will keep the proportions looking ok still. Do you have a suggestion where I can get this done??

    Bonusprint can supply a print size of 61cm x 91cm for £19.99 + £1.50 p&p, still a bit expensive!

What you can do if you ok with digital imaging is duplicate the image twice on the one image you are too send for printing.

You will then end up with 2 images (90cm x 22cm) on the one print for the price of £19.99

    Hope this makes sense?

    Hi

I have found this site https://www.posterxxl.com and they do some pretty good prices on panorama size prints, I think I will contact them to see which of their size formats would best suit my image I think, they are doing 80x20cm prints for £5.99 and 90x30cm for £9.99 - that may just suit my needs I think. I just want a nice image that I can frame and those sizes would work well.
