I am a customer and they haven't notified me.
I would go back to the person you heard it from as I don't think it's true.

They put their prices up from the 1/3/2006.
Should any postings about this Company not be in the Sticky Thread about them?
It appears their representatives and customers are the last to be informed.
The Energy part of T-Plus was recently sold to N-Power.

The increase is 11% for both Gas and Electric.
Their own comparism site includes the increased prices.

As a customer, I got the price increase notification this morning. As a Standard User, my Gas standing charge will be £2.63 per month and 2.195p per kWh. East Midlands for Electricity is Standing Charge £3.68 per month and 9.513p per kWh day rate & 3.150p night rate as I'm on Economy 7.
