jbw group ( want money for a parking ticket nearly a year ago )

Good Morning ,dont know whether anyone can help me 2 years ago my husband was employed by parcel line and really enjoyed it so he decided to go self employed with them as it was more money .
He got his route around beckenham in kent and west wickham which has quite a lot f red routes and not many bays .
He used to get at least 4 tickets a month which he used to pay straight away at the reduced rate as he was self employed by parcelline it was his responsiblty .
He has since left last year because all his bloodly money was going to bromley council ,so i was shocked this morning to get a letter through the letterbox today from a company called jbw group demanded "227.16 for a parking ticket with london brough of bromley we never got no notice of owner ,no paperwork or anything before from them so i dont know what it is all about .
When my husband left parcelline last may he checked and rang bromley council to see if there was any outstanding tickets and there was one last one that he paid .

I dont know what to do i have recently been made redudant and we have no spare money whatso ever.

The company said if we dont pay the 227 immeditaley they will add another 200 on if they have to call again ,i dont know what to do ,please please advise x

google and phone Northampton TEC immediately.

Explain to them and they will send you forms to make an Out of Time Statutory Declaration - or tell you how to download the right ones from their website.

TEC issued the warrant that JBW is holding.

tell Bromley Council you are doing this. You will need to find out a reference that this PCN refers to. Bromley should know or TEC may be able to tell you via your VRM.

Ask Bromley to put JBW back on the leash for now!

Hi i need more advice please the baliffs came around today with a letter out of the blue saying they are going to come back when my husband is in ,he recieved a parking ticket in nov 2007 and he sent back the complaint form with it to say that the converation never happened and he didnt hear anything after that so asmused it was dealt with until he got the baliffs letter and them at the door today is there a certain amount of time they have to chase the debt .
We have rung bromley council today and they said they are going to ring northhampton and get him a out of time declartion form and they will ring jmw and tell them to back off for now .
i am so annoyed the fine was orginaaly for 100 but you could have paid 50 in the first 14 days and it has now gone up to 227 i am so annoyed that the ticket was from 2007 is there anything else we can do please please xxx

You asked advice and I told you what, IMO, you need to do.

You can't trust Bromley to do it for you. Why have you not contacted TEC and downloaded forms and submitted the Declaration immediately as I said?

with JBW visiting today i guess the bill is now well excess of £300-
