It is an xbox plus 20 games. The games are pirated as per note 'PLEASE NOTE GAMES ARE NOT ORIGINALS AND THE X BOX HAS BEEN UPGRADED , HARD DRIVE IS AS NORMAL.GOOD LUCK'

Is there anyway to get this auction stopped? Obviously he's betting on getting away with it with the 1-day auction, but some unsuspecting bidder might not realize the problems with this xbox (i.e. against the law, won't ever work on xbox live, etc.)

You will probably find the winner knows what is meant about the games etc and it will work on xbox live - you need to do a bit of research though to do it.

Why are you so bothered about reporting this auction? Its obvious what is being bidded for.

How about spending you time usefully, and for example reporting auctions that are obviously scams instead...

it's agains the rules, but then again, so is charging extra for pp...... it's pretty obvious what is for sale, and it's not exactly a scam - if you're goign to risk your hard earned readdies on pirated stuff, then it's your own risk - it's not really for us to police ebay for stuff like this - it's for ebay buffs/the police/microsoft to sort out!

Pirate software, games and films are illegal and they are not allowed to be sold on eBay.
Some sellers do not make it clear that they are selling copied products (just check feedback to see this).
Why should people make money for simply copying something?
