Can we do a DRO?

Can you shed any light on this?

I only work 16 hours a week and my OH has recently become unemployed, we have 3 young children...
We thought a DRO each would be the answer to all our problems and finally end the continuous stess. We thought we met all the criteria but
our CAB contact went on a one day course last week and has some doubts, she has worries over expenses like school dinners for the children
being in our expenses, seems to think they wouldn't be valid. Also she got the feeling that a DRO were only for people without any real prospects of
their situation changing as when a DRO goes through it's final unlike bankruptcy whereby if your situation changes - ie, OH finds another job you would be expected to make payments towards your creditors.
help!!!!
