I've also had my delivery fee refunded twice because it was late, one time the driver showed up half an hour later with no apology and stinking of booze, clearly chewing away trying to get rid of beer breathe. Had moral dilemma of whether to inform Tesco and did so because he was clearly in no fit state to be on the road. I never found out what happened but they did seem to take it seriously.
No dilemma at all, if he wasn't fit to be on the road he was putting other people's lives at risk. Personally I would have reported him to the police.Happy New Year :beer:0
