Hewlett Packard has worn my Vista COA away

sent my new laptop away for repair, the item was repaired ok however, they have wore the coa away, all that is now visable is the coa key, i know that is all i need to reinstall vista but is that about this, the actal point, i have contacted hp on several occasions, their attitude is tough, imho the label should be brought back to the way is was before it was sent, the laptop was only 2 weeks old before theyt got hold of it, i am considering action against Hp via the legal system, but would like some input from others,
why should i put up with the laptop coming back is a worse state that when is went.

Is it fully worn or only partially? Usually they partially wear easily...

The labels are rubbish anyway, and that's the real issue.
The bottom line is though that it is a valid licence; maybe you should make a note of it.
