Tax on foreign shares dividends

Hi,
I am part of a Employee Shares Purchase scheme at work. The company is American and I am a UK citizen. What is the requirements for tax for receiving dividends (about $50 worth) and for the shares? Do I need to fill in the Self Assessment?
The tax website is not clear - I think that as an employee paying PAYE tax that the £2500 untaxed limit means I don't need to fill in Self Assessment?
Thanks in advance,
D
