Advice Needed Please - Incorrect Billing Address?

Hi,
I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the correct place, sorry
I have just placed an order as ASOS.com, but immediately noticed I had used the wrong billing and delivery address.
I email them straight away asking them to change this, but they couldn't.
Then I asked for the order to be cancled, but this wasn't possible either. They said the only was to cancel was to send the items back for a refund. Hang on - I've just told you I'm never going to receive them if you send them to that address!
I feel completely suck! Have ASOS done anything wrong by charging my credit card using the wrong billing address?

If you've done it immediately you should be able to change it. I'd call up again and explain the situation, hopefully you'll get a more helpful user.
What address did you use? Would you be able to get the items from there?Wedding 5th September 20150 -
Call your CCC and ask them to cancel the payment. I am not sure if it will work but worth a tryBank Accounts - Barlcays Premier[/B] - £1000 o/d, HSBC - £200 o/d- First Direct - £500

If it happens again, login to your account and you can cancel the order up to 30 minutes after you have placed it. They should have done it for you though if you contacted them right away. Their CS sucks sometimes! Is the address you put in completely wrong or just a number or something?0
